Fireworks Fireworks

November 2023, On Sunday 5th November Worthing Lions held their bonfire night fireworks. The fireworks were set of at 6:45pm from the end of Worthing Pier by Selstar Fireworks Ltd.

A massive thank-you must go to Selstar for a great show and the Worthing TCI for their fantastic sponsorship of the event, and all the support staff that helped to bring this event to you

The beaches, promenade and streets were packed by those who came to see the fireworks.

Coles Funfairs provided fun before during and after the firework display whilst the Samba band played on the pavilion steps.

Worthing Lions made no charge for watching the fireworks, the cost of the fireworks was covered by the Town Centre Initiative and Worthing Lions. So please help us support more people in the Worthing area by donating.

Thank you to all bucket collector volunteers, some who came from the following organisations who helped bucket collect Littlehampton Lions Club, Davisons Band, Top Gun All Stars Cheer, Genesis Dance Group, Serv Sussex, Saxifrage Lights, Worthing Bonfire Society.

We just wanted to add a little thank-you to the following places that had a bucket in the restaurants over the weekend, and collected some donations for us Casa Ciro, Cow shed Worthing, Number Twenty Four patty guys (at the dome) and Crudo Mexican, The Goose, The Beach House.

Thank you to all the Lions members and who helped make this a wonderful event enjoyed by Worthing.

The fireworks were a great hit with many including these people:

Linda - "Brilliant as always! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻"

Vicky - "Was an amazing spectacular display! Thankyou x"

Louise - "Such an amazing firework display xxxxxx"
